Nestled at the end of a small Cevennes road, in the hamlet of Salson, Bulle d?O2 opens the doors to a place suspended between sky and valley. On the terrace overlooking the valley, David invites you to a unique culinary experience: a refined menu inspired by the vegetable and wild plants in his garden. His cuisine is spontaneous and daring, with each dish born from an unexpected marriage of flavors. All in a family atmosphere, as the sun sets over the valleys.
