GABRIAS
In the commune discover the 14th century church, the beautiful fountain of Goudard, the domain of Cougoussac. The path "Urbain V" crosses the town.
The commune is separated in two by the stream Le Coulagnet and its picturesque gorges. It is composed of 5 villages: Gabrias, Goudard, Chanteruéjols, Baldassé, and Le Rouve.
Its 14th century church is a beautiful example of Gévaudanese Romanesque art, simple and harmonious. Its rectory has been transformed into housing
In the sandstone of walks you can discover the beautiful fountain of Goudard, Sainte Pétronille on the banks of the Coulagnet, numerous crosses or the domain of Cougoussac, rural aristocratic residence of the XIII-XVIIth centuries and ancient fortified house.
Take advantage of the "grande draille" (herd path) located on the mountain "la Boulaine" which offers a grandiose panorama from the Aigoual to the Plomb du Cantal
