ANTRENAS

Antrenas was originally a seigneury belonging to the Barons de Peyre until 1435. The commune is also known for its legendary dog named "Géant". In 1417, he hunted wolves and protected the herds. It was said of him that he was "twenty leagues away from the terror of marauders and rascals of all kinds".

From the outskirts of the village, enjoy a magnificent view over the valley of Marvejols and the castle of Crespin (private).
