In a wild valley of the Cévennes, Mariette takes you to discover an old stone factory.
Here, 150 years ago, the clatter of machinery was deafening. Today, the river murmurs to the sound of birdsong, and the guided tour opens the doors of the old foundry, closed to the public except on guided tours. You'll discover how rock was transformed into silver ingots, and look for traces of the factory's workers.
Suitable for all ages 6 and over (children under 6 are welcome under the careful supervision of their parents). Not wheelchair accessible.
