On the Aubrac plateau, come and discover Les Cabris du Bès, a Provençal goat farm dedicated to making artisanal cheeses on the farm. This convivial tour offers an insight into the farming profession, and a chance to savor quality local products during a farm snack. Visits offered by the tourist office outside these dates are by reservation only.
Cheeses for sale at the farm, and at local markets: Wednesday mornings in Fournels and Thursday mornings in Saint-Chély-d'Apcher.
