04:30: Sunrise hike. At the end of the hike, enjoy a convivial breakfast with the flavors of yesteryear, in a warm and authentic atmosphere (Reservation 06.75.06.78.94)
09:00: Farmers' market opens
10:30 am: Arrival of shepherds and their flocks
10:30 am: Ecumenical celebration (Meet at the chapel for a symbolic and traditional blessing)
11:00 am: Honey extraction (Join Erik Verscheure for a demonstration of honey extraction, as he explains the essential steps involved in this traditional skill)
11:30 am: Folk dancing
12:00 pm: Catering on site (Menu: Lamb and aligot. Reservations required on the day. Limited seating
1:30 pm: Folk dancing
2:30 pm: Shearing demonstration
3:00 pm: Concert "La Chapelle Harmonique" (A concert entitled "Le Souffle du Berger" will be given by the ensemble in the Mont Lozère chapel. Five artists (vocals, flutes, viola da gamba, theorbo, musettes and bells) will perform works inspired by pastoralism, evoking shepherds? calls and whistled languages. The concert will be followed by a discussion on the contemporary challenges of pastoralism)
4:30 pm: Tombola draw
All day long: entertainment for young and old.
Wooden games, basket-weaving demonstrations and contributions from the Pot?Poète, present at the microphone, punctuate the festivities in a convivial atmosphere.
