The aim of the "Un fil à la page" association is to promote books and reading in all their forms and for all audiences, by encouraging shared moments (for toddlers, the disadvantaged, the elderly, the disabled, etc.). It also offers a first look at art, the worlds of authors and unusual books: reading differently, with all the senses.
The aim of the "Un fil à la page" association is to promote books and reading in all their forms and for all audiences, by encouraging shared moments (for toddlers, the disadvantaged, the elderly, the disabled, etc.). It also offers a first look at art, the worlds of authors and unusual books: reading differently, with all the senses.
Magali Allié, the show?s creator and performer, is a visual artist whose work is like a reading carpet, combining textile, collage, painting and a whole rich graphic universe. The singular book always finds its place. Unfold stories and journey through children?s literature with pieces of fabric articulated around a theme. The elements are not immediately apparent to the eye, and little by little, we discover what is hidden... in the night, under hats or between a wolf?s paws!
