Welcome to the heart of a housing estate, in what some call peripheral France.
Between Christmas and the 31st, a sister and brother must put up for sale the modest family bungalow to which neither of them seems attached.
It's the occasion for a last Christmas Eve with the neighbors. Suddenly, the question that turns everything on its head: what if we cancelled the sale?
