> 10am: We'll meet you in Biasses for a warm welcome and a coffee offered by the Foyers ruraux.
> 10.30am: We start our walk towards the heights.
> 10.45am: Shortly after setting off, we'll take a floral break on the way up to the Tour du Canourgue. We'll meet Christine Buissière, who grows and processes aromatic and medicinal plants. She'll show us her expertise in herbal teas, floral waters and the specific cultivation of heather.
> 11:30 am: We resume our ascent along the path leading to the Tour du Canourgue, taking in the views from the top.
> 12pm: We make a well-deserved stop to discover the tower and enjoy a picnic in this historic setting.
> 2pm: We return to the trails to head for the Magnanerie de La Roque, passing through beautiful chestnut woods. There, we'll discover the fun and educational site set up by the Cévennes National Park.
> 4pm: It's time to head back down into the valley on a typical Cevennes trail, which will take us to the Biasses farm. Farmer Nathanaël Etienne will show us around.
> 4:30 pm: We close this wonderful day with a snack offered by the Foyers ruraux, a convivial moment for sharing our discoveries
