CHAM DES BONDONS

At the Cham des Bondons, on the territory of Mont Lozère located in the Cévennes National Park listed by UNESCO, come and discover the second largest concentration of menhirs in France. Take a trip back in time, around 3000 BC when man settled down. And let your imagination go back to the first occupants of these spaces who carved menhirs and erected dolmens.

This site is the second largest megalithic concentration in Europe after Carnac (Brittany), with 150 menhirs and 30 burial mounds. A path called "Stroll in the land of menhirs" has been set up to discover for 2 hours or one day the megalithic remains and singular geological curiosities.
