Le Subvers reinvents the burger in a bistronomic way, using local, organic produce. The bread is kneaded on site with local flour from the Moulin de La Borie. Everything is homemade, from the drinks to the desserts. Gourmet cuisine with a passion. A menu to suit all tastes and seasons.
