BURON DE BORN
Open from May to October, the Buron de Born is one of the most typical stops in the Aubrac region. The buron is situated at an altitude of over 1000 m, near the Lac de Born, some ten kilometers from Nasbinals. Specialities: charcuterie de pays, aligot, retortillat, grilled sausage, piece of beef.
