FERME LA TOISON D'OR
The Toison d'or discovery farm is located in the heart of the Margeride region. The 6-hectare park is home to all kinds of animals. You can get up close to Angora rabbits, mohair goats, llamas, alpacas, poultry, donkeys, guinea pigs... Play areas for young and old and picnic areas.
On the high plateaux of the Margeride in Lozère, the Ferme de la Toison d'or invites you to discover the farm's animals.
In a 6-hectare park, you'll meet llamas, Angora goats, sheep, donkeys, pigs and many more, including guinea pigs, chinchillas, rabbits and chickens.
Along the way, you'll learn to recognize the region's different trees.
At the end of the trail, in the old farm buildings, a slide show and exhibition on wool production and the life of a shepherd is presented.
Play areas for young and old (wooden games for older children) and picnic areas are available for you to enjoy with your family.
