DOMAINE DÉPARTEMENTAL DE BOISSETS
A magnificent site: a haven of greenery and culture! After the Unesco House in Florac in 2020, the Domaine de Boissets has adopted the title of "haut-lieu de l'agropastoralisme" in 2022. The site offers visitors the chance to find out more about rural life in the Causses. Exhibitions, guided tours, scenography, museums, theater, concerts, walks, workshops...

Situated 15 minutes from Sainte-Enimie on the Causse Sauveterre, this agropastoral mecca is an ideal stop-off point on the GR 60 and the Chemin de St Guilhem, offering panoramic views over the Gorges du Tarn.
Restored in the 90s by the Département, this living testimony to the history and culture of the Causses embodies the desire to preserve and share Lozère's heritage.
Open days: free admission to the two permanent exhibitions (Maison Unesco and Maison des Causses).
Closed days: outdoor access available (agropastoralism discovery trail, lookout point over the Tarn gorges and booklet on this Sensitive Natural Area).
July and August, Tuesday to Saturday: guided tours at 11:30 am, 2:30 pm and 4 pm. Length approx. 1 hr.
