- first floor: living room with kitchenette, 1 table and 2 chairs, 1 2-seater sofa and flat-screen color TV.
- upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
(Access to first floor via steep staircase with ramp).
End-of-stay cleaning service: 40? and linen hire: 30?/2 people/week.
