LE MAS DE L'AFFENADOU
16th-century farmhouse and former muleteer's inn on the GR68, on the outskirts of the Cévennes National Park, in the Unesco World Heritage zone. Ideal for hiking, outdoor sports, water sports, lazing on the beach and discovering beautiful villages. 5 guest rooms with private bathrooms, table d'hôtes; swimming pool, outdoor terraces.
Welcome to Mas de l'Affenadou, at the foot of Mont Lozère.
At the crossroads of hiking trails, the Chassezac gorges, Mont Lozère and just a stone's throw from Lac de Villefort, Le Mas de l'Affenadou is ideally situated to welcome lovers of outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, cycle touring, climbing, canyoning?) and more contemplative visitors (lazing by rivers, lakes, village visits, fishing, mushrooms? ).
Patiently renovated by its former owners, this 16th-century building has been welcoming hikers, lovers of wide-open spaces and travelers in search of peace and quiet for over 30 years.
Fallen under the spell of the site, we, Sylvette and Thomas, left the Alps with our two children Odilon and Mariette, to take over this wonderful adventure of welcoming and sharing.
We offer 5 double or family rooms and a self-catering cottage, as well as a table d'hôtes for meals prepared by us.
