In a typical Cévennes house, large gîte for 8 to 12 people, 150 m2, 500 m above sea level, with magnificent views, south-facing. Just 15 minutes from Le Collet de Dèze, which has all amenities, this mas is located in the hamlet of "Cessenades", in the commune of Ventalon en Cévennes.
A very comfortable living room with fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a shaded terrace overlooking a small, intimate park.
On this level (ground floor), a suite (bedroom, shower room, dressing room, toilet).
On the second floor, a large common room gives access to two bedrooms and a shower room.
All around, "bancels" (terraces) support amenity areas, fruit trees and the sunny swimming pool. The more distant plots are wooded moorland or coppice of chestnut and holm oak.
The gîte is within easy reach of a number of beautiful hiking trails, as well as the river, which is ideal for swimming in the lovely pools.
