Welcome to the forge! Come and enjoy the beautiful Lozère walks in unspoilt countryside. Comfortable, well-equipped house, located in a village 20 min from the spa town of Bagnols les bains, 20 min from Mende, 20 min from Lac de Charpal, 40 min from Mont Lozère, 1h from the Gorges du Tarn.
Small semi-detached house renovated in 2015 with fenced outdoor courtyard, located in a small rural village, ideal for a stay close to nature.
Upstairs, you'll find the living areas, namely :
- bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and closet
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (including dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge)
- living room with 2 sofas, one of which can be used as a 2nd bed, TV, round table for 4 people
- bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a corridor leading to the first floor and a winter garden.
The property is located in the village of Montbel, in the heart of the Margeride and on the edge of the Cévennes, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Numerous hiking trails start from the village.
