First floor: living room, TV/Blu-ray player, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and bathroom. South-facing terrace with garden furniture. Upstairs: a large bedroom with a 160cm bed (with very good recent bedding) and views of the Forêt de Mercoire.
Looking for rest, sport, family or friends? Welcome to "Domaine Sainte Germaine", located near working farms, in the heart of hiking and mountain bike trails. Just 10 minutes by car from Langogne town center, with its shops including a supermarket, 3 pharmacies..... and 15 minutes by car from Lac de Naussac, with picnic area, windsurfing, pedal boats, tennis and accrobranche, and from the Domaine de Barres golf course. Our Gîte "La Dépendance, tout en douceur" is set in 2000m² of enclosed grounds at an altitude of 1160m. This 60m² non-smoking rental, with a 10m x 6m swimming pool, sleeps a maximum of 4, pets not allowed. Fiber-optic Internet access. The Barbecue, Laundry and Swimming Pool are shared with our other 8-person gîte, which has a different vacation rhythm, enabling us to manage the outside facilities more efficiently. Bed linen and towels provided.
