Spacious cottage in the Cevennes located on a mountain hang in the heart of the valley of Moissac French Valley. Large, stylish, independent house, quiet, peaceful and not overlooked. In the heart of nature, with several olive trees, hydrangeas, and a flowery front door.
On the ground floor is a spacious living room of 35 m² with stove, the kitchen is at the back of the living room, equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave. Other equipment is available, such as a washing machine, a fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle,... There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with a single bed. The shower room is separate from the WC
Outside, you will find two terraces: one facing south, shaded by a Virginia creeper, and one facing west, shaded by a vine. These exteriors are equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
