CAUSSE DE SAUVETERRE (COTATION ROUGE)

This loop offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges, as well as the steppe-like landscape so typical of the bare causse. As you return to the edge of the plateau, you'll pass through the hamlets of Le Vigos, Paros, Tonnas and Nissoulogres. Domaine des Boissets, an old 17th-century Causse farmhouse, is worth a detour.
