GRP TOUR DU CHASSEZAC

A 47km loop route overlooking the river and the Chassezac gorges. This hike offers you sumptuous Cévennes landscapes as far as the eye can see.

Along the way, you'll discover the Villefort, Rachas and Pied de Borne dams, as well as the village of La Garde Guérin, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages. You can also see the famous Cevennes train line, still in use today.

With a positive altitude difference of 1570m, this GR de Pays Tour du Chassezac is a challenging route, but can be completed in two days, taking in the charm of its heritage and landscapes.
