Up to 15px (or 43px if you rent several of our gîtes) in an exceptional setting, just 3' from exit 41 of the A75 motorway, halfway between Montpellier and Clermont-Ferrand. 1 double bedroom and 3 dormitories (2px, 3px and 8px), swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi. All with old stones, nature and horses...and our neighbors' llamas and ostriches!
Often rented in addition to our other gîtes to accommodate children/teenagers for family or friendly stays, or rented with the kitchen/dining room annex to host horse riding courses or others.
In the countryside but very easy to access (3' from the A75) and close to 2 small towns with all amenities.
Up to 15 persons, in a basic comfort: on the ground floor: common sanitary and room 2px (double bed); 1st floor: room 3px (bunk beds and single bed) and room 2px (bunk beds); 2nd floor: 8px (dormitory 2 bunk beds and 4 single beds). 77 m² on 3 levels, south facing, view of pool and meadows/forest.
Access to large swimming pool (12x6m), sauna & jacuzzi (with extra charge), large barbecue, portico, ping-pong, laundry. Linen provided.
Flexible rental formulas: 1 gîte or several, WE or week, early arrival/late departure, spa package. Possibility of catering for groups > 12px (caterer). Please contact us
