How to get there

It's possible to park on the roadside, but if you want to descend into the straits, there's a steep footpath just past the Hôtel des Détroits. The easiest but more expensive option is to go to La Malène and cross the Détroits with the boatmen of the Gorges du Tarn, or by renting a canoe.
