STATUE DU SACRÉ-COEUR
By the path of the Vignogue in Chanac, you will reach the statue of the Sacred Heart which stands here in the direction of the village It was offered after the First World War by a former mayor of the village The Vignogue path (1.5 km) starts from here.
If you take the Vignogue path, which climbs a few metres, you will reach a promontory overlooking the surroundings, and in the middle of which is a statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, with its arms open towards the village.
This statue was offered by a former mayor of the village, the Count de Ligonnès, after his return from the First World War, in fulfilment of his vow to return alive from the war
The Vignogue path (1.5 km) starts from this place.
