Armand et Marie's farm ice-cream parlour brings you organic ice creams made with sheep's milk from the farm. Coupe glacée with whipped cream and various homemade coulis, organic hot and cold drinks are sure to please. You can watch milking on opening days only, free of charge at 5pm from Easter to September 15. Self-service sale of farm products.

A family farm since 1730, we are located in Hyelzas, Lozère.
Between the Gorges du Tarn and the Gorges de la Jonte, our ewes and Angus graze on the heights of the Causse Méjean.
Our family has always strived to maintain local, high-quality production, with respect for the environment, animals and people. They have passed on their love of the land to us. Now organic, we'd like to pay tribute to our grandparents through our range of desserts and ice creams, naming them "Armand et Marie".
